Has anyone been to Suzette's Creperie in downtown Wheaton? I stopped in for a little breakfast (mini chocolate croissant and tea) after going to the French Market. Apparently they serve afternoon tea, and also have a wine bar which sounds very interesting. The patisserie items looked really good -- onion tart and good looking quiches, croque monsieur, muffins and croissants. And great looking breads.

    I'm planning on going back.

had desert crepes, chocolate amd strawberry grand marnier following a great dinner at l'Anne next door. Crepes were tender and sweet stuffed with a big slab of vanilla ice cream. Wonderfull way to end an evening, sitting in two large wingback chairs in the front window. I have tried additional times but the restaurant was to crowded from regular diners.

I haven't been there for about 6 mo. but this is a great little spot. Been going for a long time, went just shortly after they first opened and hadn't expanded the place yet. If we go for a dinner, we ususally have the prix meal, which has always been wonderful. Had the Christmas tea and it too was just great. The owner is very friendly and will do a special request for you if you let her know ahead of time. Check the hours tho---I don't think they are open every day and reservations are pretty much a must. Thanks for reminding me of this spot---time for me to go back.
