Ethiopian in the western suburbs?

Hi everyone,
I'm a new member, my husband found this great forum from the link at Chowhounds. I'm really glad he did; it's hard to find good, not-too-high-end restaurants in the suburbs!

And here's my first question: does anyone know of any good Ethiopian restaurants in the western or southwestern suburbs? We tried that cuisine (in NASHVILLE, believe it or not) & loved it, but haven't been to any places here because my husband hates going into the city....

Having done that, let me extend my regrets. I think there is almost no chance that anyone knows of an Ethiopian place in the western burbs, because I strongly doubt if there is one. There are a growing number of other ethnic eateries, but I seriously doubt there is a sufficient Ethiopian community to support a restaurant (in fact I do not know of any Ethiopian community at all).

I hope I am wrong, and look forward to hearing so, as well as hearing from you about other places in our neck of the woods.
