    On June 2, Goose Island's "Bristol Brew" will be introduced at The Bristol during the Goose Island Beer Dinner. Greg Hall of Goose Island Clybourn helped Chef Chris Pandel craft his own style of beer, to be sold exclusively at The Bristol and Goose Island Clybourn.The five-course meal, offered for $75 per person, starts at 6:30 p.m. Reservations are required.

    I hear the beer is a rye...mmm, tasty!

    so not a rye, but still sounds good:
    The Bristol brew is a Finnish-style Farmhouse Saison called Sahti

    You were right the first time: sahti is a rye beer :)
