    jyoti,

Boy and I had your chicken curry for lunch. It was excellent, with just the right amount of burn, and meat cooked to extreme tenderness without mushiness. This was Boy's first experience with curry, and he said it was one of the best things he'd ever eaten (we need to correct for his hyper-enthusiasm regarding all things, but he definitely liked it a lot, as did I).

    Get well soon.

In my excitement, I forgot that I had put one container in the freezer. All foodstuffs have been accounted for.

    Hi,

My Mother has not been around to witness the small household bounty. While she is allowed to sample up to half a portion, I get the other half. :D (If I didn't establish this early, there could empty containers in the dishwasher as a silient testament to food I never tried.) She is loving every dish. She commented, "Its like going for dinner at someone's home without leaving the house."

I was very glad to be Jygach's stand-in on Monday, if only to enjoy another dinner at Smak-Tak. The bonus of getting her portion was a very nice and unexpected.

Can't wait for the next exchange in April.

    Regards,
    Cathy2

Can I pass out my dessert at the next get together.
It is still frozen in my freezer. I will make a new sauce.

What a delightfully obvious question! Of course you can. We may have a few more people next time so if there is not enough to go around, we can have a raffle or a lottery.
Toast, as every breakfaster knows, isn't really about the quality of the bread or how it's sliced or even the toaster. For man cannot live by toast alone. It's all about the butter. -- Adam Gopnik
