Post #6 - February 4th, 2009, 10:22 pmI've been meaning to arrange a Amanacer Tapatio dinner. I spoke to Monica last week and the restaurant is struggling. She told me she had to borrow money to pay December's rent. Hopefully, her business will increase as it would be sad to lose this wonderful little restaurant!
Also, her mom is in Mexico until May(I believe) and her sister is now a stay-at-home mom. Over a year ago Monica took over lots of the cooking responsibilities.
Alas, I won't be able to join you all Saturday morning.

I would be up for a dinner here, name the date. Also perhaps a "save this GNR" thread is appropriate based on the above mentioned struggles.
