The Hansen House Mansion is thrilled to announce that we will be resuming our seasonal brunches --- and introducing a new chef!
Molly Sell earned her degree in Culinary Arts from Chicago's Kendall College. At her first job she produced all the pastries for various concerts ranging from 30 guests and up to 700 for Lollapalooza 05. Then as Head Pastry Chef with Food For Thought Catering, Molly executed pastry menus for parties ranging from 20 to 3000 for local venues including The Field Museum, Millennium Park, Chicago History Museum, Adler Planetarium, Chicago Cultural Center, Harold Washington Library, and talents such as Sting, Elton John, Tom Petty, REM, Cher, Harry Connick Jr., Metallica, Jimmy Buffet, Prince, BB King, Ozz Fest, Coldplay, Kiss, The Daley Family and the Dalai Lama.
Now with her own Tart Cuisine she has added The Hansen House Mansion to her impressive repertoire! Please see a review of her recent dinner at The Mansion:
