Barring really crappy weather, I plan on being there at 12:30.

Ok, that's 12. I'm not opposed to more people joining but I think that even with 12, it may be hard for us all to sit together. If anyone else wants to join us, please post here and we'll see how it goes (someone could drop out, etc.).

As many times as I've been to CP, I was happy that Jazzfood ordered for us because I'd never had the Chicharone Quesadilla and I really liked it . . .
Chicharon Quesadilla
Chewy, crunchy, cheesey and spicy. Really great.
Chips
I'd never been served chips before at CP . . .
Special Chipotle Salsa
. . . this Chipotle/mayo salsa was served with the chips and made a great condiment for some of the other dishes, especially the Cemitas.
Grilled Jalapenos
Still steaming, some were hot, some were not.
Chipotle Mash
CP's famous Chipotle mash; served as a side.
Chalupas with Chorizo
With salsa roja and salsa verde
Cemita Atomica
The star of the show and as great as ever.
Tacos Arabes
Delicious marinated, grilled pork.
Tacos Al Pastor
Another item I'd never had before at CP. A very respectable rendition with intense flavor and lots of nicely charred bits.
Thanks to the fine folks at Cemitas Puebla for taking such good care of us and for everyone who joined in for yesterday's lunch.
