Post #4 - January 15th, 2006, 11:03 amWhen I took this photo, my thought was that this place had never been mentioned on LTH. Turns out I'm wrong--it's appeared in a couple. In response to one of the previous questions, it does indeed serve breakfast, starting at 5 a.m. and even at 2 in the afternoon some of the customers were ordering it. I had the namesake entree instead. Okay, but nothing I'd be writing about if I hadn't had my camera with me after a visit with the grandkids and if this thread weren't around so I could show off the mural.
Great hunk of broccoli, though, perhaps as a result of the neighborhood it's in.

It's a winner!
Right across Elston from Stanley's Fruits and Vegetables.
But if they had signs up warning the Johns to watch out I missed them-- to my regret.
