Actually, there's two answers to that. I'm pretty sure I know the place you got it from, but I think it's on the wall at Bombacigno's too.

Actually, my favorite thing on the wall there is the xeroxed menu from Colosimo's. I looked to see if it had Chicken Vesuvio listed-- no such luck.
