So I have been home roasting for a while and it has been going well. However, I have been giving it to some of my clients and would like t continue to do so, but it takes a decent amount of time.
Does anyone know a local certified (by this I mean compliant with health codes and the such) roaster that might be willing to pick up some extra batches? I was thinking I would bring the beans and pay them to roast 20-40lbs?
Anyone know of anyone in Chicago that might be willing to have some extra bandwidth?
