I found out about this Underground Food Collective dinner in a post by Mike Sula on the Chicago Reader’s Food Chain, and I jumped on it. Tickets are $65; we’ll be eating Red Wattle hogs; location TBD -- it’s kind of like a rave -- remember those? – so we have to wait until we’re closer to the event to get precise coordinates.
