Description: On Monday, April 27th we're going to decide, once and for all, which fermented beverage pairs better with artisan cheese. We'll explore the wonderful pairing opportunities afforded by both, and our wine, cheese and beer experts will lead a lively but civilized discussion after each round of tasting. We'll be pairing five different beers and wines with five different cheeses (Oregonzola, Isle of Mull Aged Cheddar, Taleggio, Beemster Aged Gouda, and Fougerus brie). In the end, you'll vote and decide which beverage wins the prize of our first-ever Beer vs. Wine Smackdown.
