The theme for the April Supper Club will be "Dishes Inspired by Music."

Chef/owner Cleetus Friedman Talks about this month's theme: "When I was growing up, both of my parents were always singing. Be it my mother in the kitchen singing to her "oldies" or my father in the car singing his rock and roll, there was always music in my life. Over the years music has inspired me in every aspect of what I do, especially cooking. I am combining two of my great loves in one night!"

Join City Provisions this month as they partner with Bunker Brewing Company, an underground Chicago brewing sensation, to pair with dishes that are inspired by music from many different genres. Additionally, Cleetus has had a hand in the brewing process, assisting in creating the flavor profiles for each beer, specifically brewed for the City Provisions dinner.

Along for the ride will be Toast & Jam DJs to spin music related to the meal.
