The proceeds from the Restaurateurs Ball benefit the IRA Educational Foundation’s Scholarship Initiative and ProStart Program. ProStart high school students assist caterers in the preparation of the evening’s meal. On Friday, November 2nd over 700 Illinois restaurateurs will experience exquisite food and beverage from Chicago’s finest chefs and sommeliers, all while benefiting the future of the restaurant industry.
