Post #1 - July 13th, 2007, 3:42 pmSandor Katz, aka Sandorkraut, author of The Revolution Will Not Be Microwaved and self-described "fermentation fetishist"will be in the Chicago area in September. An event is in the works for September 15th from 1-4 PM those who want to learn his techniques for such delights as artisanal kimchi and sauerkraut. Nancy Klem, Chicago resident and urban forager, will lead a foraging group before Mr. Katz's presentation.
Cost of the event: $50. Stay tuned for the location and further details.Man : I can't understand how a poet like you can eat that stuff.
