The time has come... the movers are loading up my life's worth of stuff on Friday but I really wanted to have one last outing with the LTH folks. Furthermore, Roz (mom) is in town helping me pack so I gave her the choice of where she wanted to have a last meal with the food list that has brought us so many good meals in my last 3 years. Sabatino's was her immediate answer.

So, if any can make it, we would love you to join us for a farewell dinner to my favorite food town in the country.

I am thinking around 7:30 on Thurs but I will see how many are interested and when the restaurant can accommodate us.

    Thanks everyone!

    Stagger,

I will be unable to make it on Thursday, but my best wishes for your big move are with you. Be sure to post often!

We'll miss you, Stagger - keep your account up, tho - someday we plan to vacation on the East Coast and will visit all you LTH folks who are stranded there....

    Stagger-

Chicago's loss is Hartford's gain- you!

Why don't we make that "So long Chicago. . ." event into "Hello, Hartford!"
We could keep with the Sabatino's theme and do Carbone's and Mozzicato di Pasquale for dessert. Or perhaps a quick stop at Harry's Bishops Corner? Alternatively, I heard about a Mom & Pop place in Derby for huge Lobster Ravioli and a great soul food spot on the North Side of Hartford.

    You name the date!
