City Provisions Supper Club: The Farm Dinner

It is so exciting to kick off a six month Farm Dinner season with not only a local brewery, but one in our neighborhood.
Come join us for a trip to Dietzler Farms with Metropolitan Brewing.
Michelle Dietzler, one of the first farmers that I met when I started City Provisions, will be on hand to discuss her practices and wonderful beef.
Doug and Tracy Hurst are doing some great things with lagers right in our neighborhood of Ravenswood. If you have yet to try their immaculate brews, let this be an excuse to do so.
Our day will start boarding a bio diesel bus for a journey to our beef farm, Dietzler Farms, in Elkhorn, Wisconsin.
There will be a tour of the three sites of their farm, followed by a five course dinner paired with beers by Metropolitan Brewing. Doug will be on hand to discuss his process and sample his beers. FEAR NOT, our vegetarian friends, we will be happy to accommodate you as well. This is about learning the process of the cattle of Dietzler, eating some great food, and chilling out by a bonfire with like-minded friends.
Although Melissa Monroe will be not be joining us, we will be featuring our dishes on her fantastic pottery.
Dinner will be followed by a bonfire (with beer) and a safe trip back to City Provisions.
