Well, grasshoppers are a good compromise. The other major sources of protein for the Aztecs were dogs and humans, and that would probably get the restaurant into trouble.

For an Aztec menu, we should be warned if there are NO grasshoppers! A bad sign ... Do they ever serve grasshoppers at the Berghoff?

I went there yesterday but unbeknownst to me they had run out of grasshoppers. They offered me some dung beetles for full price and then the waiter tried to up-sell me a praying mantis. WTF, not the same!!!
