Sausagefest '09

The Illinois Craft Brewers Guild and Rock Bottom Brewery will be hosting the 1st Annual Sausagefest on Saturday, February 21, from 1:00 to 5:00pm at the Chicago Rock Bottom (1 W Grand Ave).

The menu will feature 5 hand-made sausages each paired with 2 craft brews and 2 artisanal cheeses.

It is rumored that Abe Froman, the Sausage King of Chicago, will be guest speaker.
