Breakfast near W. North and N. Clybourn?

I have some chores to run tomorrow morning (and need to have my car out of the garage by 8am). I am planning on going to the home depot on W. North, and a number of stores in that area. Unfortunetly, said stores do not open until 10 am and as I already stated, I need to have my car out of the garage by 8am. Are there any decent sit-down breakfast restaurants in this area. I am willing to drive a bit out of the way, but not too far.

This probably belongs in the RIP thread, but Jerry's that used to be on North Ave. would have been a great choice.

Across from Stanley's at North and Elston is Stanley's something Chicken, which may serve bfast. It's been mentioned recently on this board, although I don't think breakfast options were specificallly discussed.

A bit further west is the Hollywood House (?) on the SW corner of North and Ashland. They have parking behind. I've never thought it was anything beyond your basic eggs and place, but apprently it's popular now among the hip Wicker Park crowd.

Mitchell's on Clybourn and Armitage is good and they have parking.

I find Hollywood's food to be oversalted.

There is Bongo Room on Milwaukee, but in my opinion their food is just ok and not worth the hype. as well there is Toast on Damen just north of North ave. I haven't been there in a while, but they always used to have really great stuffed french toasts.

A couple of nicer sit down places not too far from there are Flo's at 1434 W. Chicago Ave and Hillary's Urban Eatery (hue) at 1500 W. Division (Division and Greenview). both of these places have really good and creative breakfasts.

I also really like Bialy Cafe at Chicago Ave and Noble for inexpensive and tasty omelettes and other simple breakfast dishes.

and a little further west are Flying Saucer Cafe at Division and California, and Mama Kitty's at North and Kedzie. Flying Saucer is more of a hipster spot, but inexpensive and good food, and Mama Kitty's is straight up diner/greasy spoon where you can get breakfast with coffee and tax included for about 5 or six bucks.

I'm a huge fan of Bongo Room and it's pretty close to where you'll be (just go west on North and make a left at Milwaukee). It's creative and offers anything but the run-of-the-mill breakfast. If you want a good omelet in a more traditonal coffee-shop type restaurant, then Mitchell's is a very good choice.
