Outdoor dining rec on north side of city

Help! I need a recommendation for I place I can take 2 friends from out of town tonight. I'd like to find a place that 1)has outdoor dining 2)has good, light fish dishes (one friend is watching her diet) 3) will cater to my other friend who is allergic to garlic and 4)will either take reservations or not be crazy on a Sat. night. I was thinking maybe Rose Angeli's (but it get's crazy on weekends) or Square Kitchen (but I was just there)--something along those lines. Tall order, I know.
Any suggestions?

While it's not a really special place, Rockwell's Neighborhood Grill fits your criteria. They have a nice, quiet al fresco section on Eastwood. I enjoy the teriyaki salmon; nicely prepared and quite flavorful. They usually offer one or two more fish dishes beyond that. It might get a little crowded on a Saturday night, but it's not really a destination type of place, so there's not a big scene. I doubt you'd have to wait more than a few minutes. And I don't see why the garlic omission would cause a problem.

Corosh just south of Division on Milwaukee has a very nice rustic garden patio and decent, a step up from bar food. (It's Italian-leaning, which means garlic is not unknown, but you could surely order around that easily enough.)

Cafe Selmarie on Lincoln and Eastwood has a nice outdoor dining area right on the plaza in Lincoln Square. I've always found their seafood dishes to be light and fresh and are happy to take special requests. Plus, their bakery is a plus for post-dinner dessert while you sit and enjoy coffee or a digestif.
