Engagement present

I want to get my sister a gift certificate for a nice meal as an engagement present. I've been to Frontera with her and I know she liked it,and I figured $100 would pretty much cover a decent meal for 2- am I right?

While I know there are places that are better-regarded here than Frontera, she can be a bit picky about food/atmosphere, and I KNOW she likes it. I'm torn between asking you guys for some great suggestions and getting her a gift that will introduce her to someplace great- but risk not having her use it- and just settling for what I know is a fine, not fantastic, place.

I don't know, I think Frontera's pretty highly regarded. And I think $100 would get you a nice meal for two there with a glass of wine or margarita for each diner. Sounds like a great gift to me.
