    we had the white Vosges chocolate as well as the 'Truffles A Tois'.

    couldn't really taste the grand marnier vs. the jasmine and dom perignon, and the three, tho chic in the preparation, were simply not as sublime as the white vosges chocolate.

    ==================

    next day, on a hot chocolate binge, went to Angel Food Bakery for the chocolate expresso (Chocolate Shorty). saw memebers of the Bakery Team @ Green Mill's poetry slam a few weeks back; Stephanie + Green Mill's judge's daughter gave us cheery svc last Friday. I, too, was not a big fan of the 'airtream' but the chocolate shorty (cocoa/foamed milk/whipped cream) was much better than anything out of 'Fox & Obel'. next time, i'm gonna try the apricot rugala instead.

    Hey Tony C, could you resize to 600 pixels wide? Any bigger and it produces unreadable line widths in the text. Thanks.

    Mike,

    In this one instance, I don't seem to mind the picture overriding the words.

    Nice picture Tony, what was that you were discussing again? :wink:

    Enjoy,

    Tony,

    Do you think, overall, it's a good value?

    Thanks.

    ^^^

    in regards to what? the chocolat chaud @ NoMi? or the chocolate shorty @ Angel Food?

    As far as the truffles a trois @ NoMi: it's $9 for 3 lil cups of chocolate chaud from truffles and ~$6 for the Vosges white chocolate chaud. neither really comparable in value relative to Angel Food's $1.75 chocolate shorty. that being said, it is a hotel lounge and you are partially paying for the ambience/ pretentiousness/ view, etc.
