Old Town Italian

Greetings.
I'm looking for some recs for pre-Second City Italian dining.
Anyone have any thoughts/comparisons between Cucina Bella, Dinotto and Topo Gigio?
Three of the diners have had many meals in Italy, thus quality of ingredients and authenticity are cherished.

Haven't been there in a while, but I always thought Trattoria Roma (1535 N. Wells) seemed like the most authentic Italian in the area. Others may disagree.
