New Restaurant Coming - Custom House

Interesting and large article on chefs and restaurants in todays Wall Street Journal (I quoted the Scwa comments in that thread" Pretty good read of an article. Whole issue is quite good, getting away from the daily "business version"

Don't know the "vibe" on any of these existing restaurants, but thought I'd post as an FYI
