    the decor looks like La Cocina...maybe it's the new one on franklin that i haven't visited yet?

    You're right about the colours, I believe, but no, La Cocina is wrong. It's a little closer to Mexico than that.

    No, that's not it. I think I better give some hints.

    1) It's an ethnic sort of a joint, as it were, that claims to have a house specialty.

    2) It's on the South Side.

    I thought Chuck's is in the burbs, no? This place is on the southwest side of the city, within the city limits, in the land where the city sticker is a way of life...
