Location for a Hot dog cart

I am a newbie Hot dog cart vendor in Florida and am having trouble finding a good location. I am now located in the parking lot of a discount auto parts store at a busy intersection. I am in Citrus county "Crystal River" which is a somewhat rural county. I ran into a couple down towards Clearwater that operates in front of an independantly owned gas station on Hwy. 19 [ a busy hwy ]. I COULD SURE USE SOME HELP. i AM NEW ON THIS FORUM BUT i'M SURE SOMEONE OUT THERE CAN OFFER SOME ADVICE!
