Galewood cookshack summer schedule

Hi,

This is Grace, owner/pitmistress/dishwasher of Galewood Cookshack. My summer schedule has been up in the air due to rental kitchen issues, but it's all been worked out. I'll be cooking out of The Brown Sack's lovely and spacious kitchen in Logan Square. While I'm not tending the smoker, I'll be working hard to keep my paws off the mmmilkshakes. Or the Gumballhead across the street at Weegee's.

So we'll be at the Logan Square farmers market on the first and third Sundays of the month, starting July 6. This year I'll be cooking up Niman Ranch pork shoulders.
