I'm trying to make a jump into the wine/spirits industry from a finance background. My passion is heavily focused on wine and American distilled spirits, especially from micro distilled sources. I mixed drinks in college for a variety of private events and have a focus on creative combinations. Ideally I'm looking for something in the Wicker Park/Bucktown area though I am amiable to other downtown locations, and am open to just about anything from bartending to wine/spirit sales to anything else. My knowledge level is pretty high and my work ethic is unparalleled. Any help is much appreciated.
