I was wondering if anyone knew of and would be willing to share any helpful resources for starting a restaurant.
Looking at this blog (and elsewhere) I know the first piece of advice generally is "don't" (and for good reason); however, in this particular instance I'm looking into this as part of a school entrepreneurship project. The challenge is, of course, breaking into this notoriously difficult industry.
Any electronic or hard copy resources anyone has found useful in the past would be greatly appreciated.
