I moved this to Professional (arguable whether that's the right place, but assuming you're in Chicago, Beyond Chicagoland presumably wasn't).

www.kitchenchicago.com is the right place to go. We have used Kitchen Chicago for the past two years while selling panini at the farmers market. Alexis, the owner is great, very friendly. The place is open 24 hours. It gets cheaper the more you use it & in the middle of the night. Great resource. It is the only place of it's type in Chicago that i know of. We were very happy there.

Does anyone know of a commercial kitchen in the city to rent? I've looked at Kitchen Chicago but it's pretty far north for me (I live in the Loop). I was hoping to find a restaurant/bar that would rent their kitchen in their off-hours.
    Thanks!!!

You may want to try the Chopping Block in the Merchandise Mart. I believe tghat they will rent out a portion of their kitchen.
