If you rent a kitchen from Kitchen Chicago or space in a bakery, or any other food establishment, how do you get a busniness license to sell the food??? I was under the impression that the City of Chicago would only give one license per address and if Kitchen Chicago, the local bakery, or any other food establishment willing to rent extra space already holds the license at the address in question, how do you get a business license?
It seems odd that every food establishment would have to have its own kitchen though

. I want to package food to be sold to retail stores and restaurants. Because of costs, I would rather share space. I am hitting a wall when it comes to getting a license.
Any thoughts?
