Hi I am new to this group. I am a pastry chef and owner of Delightful Pastries. We were just featured this weekend in the Chicago Reader. I am looking forward to this group. Some of the get togethers look very interesting. I wanted to thank my colleague Joan for letting me know about LTHForum.
